Information I collect
If you contact me, I may collect your name, email address, business or project name, product stage, the type of support you are interested in, your message and information you voluntarily provide by email, WhatsApp or during a call.
Why I use it
I use this information to respond to enquiries, understand your product situation, assess whether I can help, arrange calls, prepare proposals, take steps before entering a contract, deliver agreed services and meet legal or business-record obligations.
Contact form and service providers
The website contact form is processed by Web3Forms so that your enquiry can be delivered by email. Cloudflare may process technical information required to host, secure and operate the website. Other service providers may be used where reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Analytics and cookies
The site is intended to use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic website measurement. It is designed to operate without placing analytics cookies on visitors. If non-essential cookies, advertising pixels or other tracking tools are added later, this notice and the consent setup will be updated before they are enabled.
Marketing
Submitting a product enquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing list. Any future newsletter or marketing signup will use a separate choice where required.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and business information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, any resulting client relationship, business records and applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or securely disposed of where appropriate.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You can raise a privacy request at jimmy@founderbazaar.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
External services
If you choose to contact me through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook, those services process information under their own privacy terms.
